The organization pushes young women to overcome societal and culture pressure against following their passion in STEM. Through FIRST robotics #FIRSTLikeAGirl supports women to grow and develop their interests in Science and Engineering.

Through Film, social media and copition buttons, #FirstLikeAGirl was to spread be able to monumentally support young women's love for STEM through it's grant and sponsors. Since 2016, The organization had partner with multiple FIRST team make video and button to express women lead engineering.
