After weeks of brainstorming, prototyping, and long hours in the shop, our robotics team is putting the finishing touches on this year’s competition robot. What began as sketches, ideas, and CAD models has turned into a fully functioning machine through countless iterations, testing sessions, and problem-solving along the way. With the competition this weekend approaching, the team is working through the final checklist: tightening hardware, organizing wiring, refining code, and making sure every mechanism runs smoothly and reliably. These last few days are always a mix of excitement and focus as everyone works together to get the robot ready for the field. This project represents the effort of an entire team students who designed and built the robot, mentors who guided the process, and the community that helped support it. Now it’s time to pack the tools, load the robot, and see the results of all that work in action this weekend.
